  • step 2

    Identify a house plan from our large range suitable for your needs. Complete an offer to purchase.

  • step 3

    We will collect all relevant documentation and apply for finance.

  • step 4

    After finance approval, the attorneys will start with the bond and transfer documentation.

  • step 5

    Construction to start on your house.

  • step 6

    After completion, a handover of the house will be arranged to the new home owner.
